About The Position

The Goddard School of Brooklyn Park is seeking early childhood educators for Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Aide roles serving children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Educators work collaboratively to provide engaging, nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. The owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM to provide hands-on support, coaching, and resources.

Candidates should be passionate about helping young children learn and grow in a supportive, family-focused environment. All candidates must be at least 18 years old. Role-specific qualifications are listed for Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Aides.

Requirements

• All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Teacher: Associate's Degree (AA) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential plus 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field plus 1 year of experience.
• Assistant Teacher: Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education credits or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Aide: High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Assistant Teacher: Previous experience preferred.
• Aide: Previous experience preferred.
