About The Position
Lilypad is seeking Early Childhood Educators for all age ranges. This full-time position involves providing education and social guidance to young children, and developing and executing learning plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Child Development Associate (certification) (CDA) or a willingness to obtain
- Experience in a child development setting may replace the CDA requirement

- Currently working on a degree in early childhood experience
