About The Position
Casual Cert III Qualified Educator role for a 3 to 4-year-old creative Kindergarten program located in Ballarat. The position involves helping to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children. The kindergarten operates Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The team focuses on nurturing children’s strengths, interests, and social connections, while teaching values such as kindness, resilience, and teamwork that reflect the local community.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).
- Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
