About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The educator helps children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and using its characters and classroom resources to make learning engaging. Educators build relationships with families and colleagues and regularly communicate children’s activities, adventures, and achievements to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions. Requirements

Have at least six months of professional teaching experience; one year is preferred.
Have a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
