Early Childhood Education Soccer Coach
About The Position
Looking for coaches Monday and Tuesday evenings in North Bend! 5-15 hours per week. With the option to add on other classes to. your schedule. We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving early childhood Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience needed! This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches starting pay is $25 per hour. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
- Must pass background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
- Enjoys working with children
- Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development
- Early childhood education experience preferred
- Babysitting experience preferred
- Preschool/daycare experience preferred
