Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer is seeking a Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided. Lil’ Kickers (18 months–5 years) is a nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills. Skills Institute (5–10 years) is a structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression.
