About The Position

The Early Childhood Counselor works in a preschool classroom to support children’s learning and social development. The role involves working directly with children in classroom learning centers, setting up and cleaning up activities, and supporting the teaching team so children can learn and grow. The counselor also helps maintain a warm, nurturing, safe, and smoothly operating classroom.

Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a group setting.
• Ability to work within a team approach.
• Positive job skills, including punctuality, dependence, and reliability.
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must pass the background check, medical form, and fingerprinting through the Departments of Health and Education.

• Skills in art, theater, music, and literacy.
