Early Childhood Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. We’re a mission-driven, clinician-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes. This role involves working 1:1 with children in their homes, actively playing and engaging them to help them meet their goals. You will use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills. Additionally, you will collect progress data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and build trust with parents through consistent communication and in-home support. The role operates exclusively in the client's home environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area.
- Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required.
Nice To Haves
- Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
