About The Position

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This is a mission-driven, clinician-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes. The role involves working 1:1 with children in their homes, actively playing and engaging them to help them meet their goals. Technicians will use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs. Building trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support is also a key aspect of the role. The work environment is exclusively in the client's home environment, requiring comfort working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

Requirements

1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area.
Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (company will help study and cover the cost).

Nice To Haves

Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
