Requirements

60 college units completed.
At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid).
At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
Must be ages 21+.
Must have a car with a license and insurance.
Must have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
Must be insured on an auto insurance policy.
Must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
Implement lesson plans and bring them to life during sessions.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
Coach caregivers to integrate ABA principles into daily life.
