Requirements

  • 60 college units completed.
  • At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid).
  • At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
  • Must be ages 21+.
  • Must have a car with a license and insurance.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
  • Must be insured on an auto insurance policy.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
  • Implement lesson plans and bring them to life during sessions.
  • Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
  • Coach caregivers to integrate ABA principles into daily life.
