Requirements

60 college units completed.
At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid).
At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a car with a valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children aged 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
Implement lesson plans to bring learning to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
Coach caregivers to integrate ABA principles into daily routines.
