About The Position

This opportunity is for an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager within PMI U.S.'s Swedish Match affiliate, focusing on the Great Lakes Region. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
  • Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience.
  • Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
  • Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits
