About The Position

As an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager, you won't spend your days behind a desk. You'll own a business territory, partner directly with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute strategies that drive growth in your market. You'll learn how consumer products are brought to life in the marketplace while developing skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, business analytics, and strategic planning. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
