About The Position

The Early Careers Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing early career programs that align with key business outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and position U.S. Bank as an employer of choice. This role collaborates with HR Talent Consultants, business line managers, stakeholders, and external experts to deliver programs that encompass talent acquisition, career development, employee engagement, training, and performance management. As a central point of contact for program participants, the Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor and guide for program participants, ensuring a meaningful and successful program experience while driving efficiency, quality, and results for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in program management, HR, or talent development

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute two or more early career programs to drive business and HR results
  • Serve as a central point of contact for program participants throughout their lifecycle
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including HR talent consultants, campus recruiting, business managers, and LOB program liaisons
  • Plan and execute various events and initiatives, including performance management, training, and placement processes
  • Lead support functions and operations across multiple lines of business, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the success and impact of early talent programs
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in program operations and pipeline management
  • Act as a subject matter expert, conducting assessments and aligning program strategies with broader business goals
