Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Internship, co-op, research, capstone, or other hands-on technical project experience
- Exposure to automation, controls, software, simulation, or related technologies
