As an Early Career Field Service Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience supporting customer sites, commissioning advanced automation systems, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and helping bring critical infrastructure projects to life. This role involves travel, real-time problem-solving, collaboration with experienced engineers, and direct observation of how your work contributes to reliable power and clean water delivery. Through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-leading technologies, you will build the skills and experience necessary for a rewarding engineering career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% as required

Responsibilities

  • Support the installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced automation and control systems at customer sites
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Learn industry-leading technologies through hands-on field experience and mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Assist with system testing, quality assurance activities, and performance evaluations
  • Provide on-site and remote support during project implementation and system upgrades
  • Participate in customer training sessions and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop strong technical, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills through real-world experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, field documentation, and best practices
  • Build a deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems that support power generation and water treatment operations
