Requirements

Solid working knowledge of engineering first principles
Proficient writer and communicator
Ability to work both independently and with others
Ability to communicate and work closely with senior engineers and clients to solve problems
Interest in working at client locations or other sites as projects require
Excellent academic record
Highly motivated proactive individuals
Robust analytical skills, including the ability and passion to problem solve
Aptitude to work outside of a single engineering discipline and quickly learn new concepts
Persistent, questioning attitude and ability to accept that in others
Follow through with all tasks and assignments in a timely manner
Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Advanced computer skills
Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ or Python
Familiarity with analysis programs such as Ansys or MATLAB-Simulink®

Responsibilities

Applying insight, management skills, advanced technology, physical system modelling, and/or data analytics to improve facility or equipment operations, maintenance, reliability, and/or performance.
Applying technical and project/risk management skills to effectively deploy new technology and/or major capital projects.
Specifying, designing, procuring, and testing novel power, process industry, or medical device systems or components.
Developing technical expertise as well as increasing responsibility for project management, supervision, client relations, and business development.
