About The Position

Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant. The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family and work-related concerns in addition to directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Social Work or related field
2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in a hospital or clinic setting.
Wisconsin licensure in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Iowa and Minnesota licensure in one of the above required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Directs all EAP services for assigned contracts.
Develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.
