About The Position
Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant. The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family and work-related concerns in addition to directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Social Work or related field
- 2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Wisconsin licensure in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Iowa and Minnesota licensure in one of the above required within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities

- Directs all EAP services for assigned contracts.
- Develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.
