Requirements

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to withstand working conditions with elevated temperatures.
Ability to lift moderate to heavy weight (50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

Supports EAF operations and maintenance, including furnace deck upkeep, slag sampling, and overhead crane operation.
Performs general housekeeping to keep the Melt Shop running smoothly.
Cross-trains in other positions within the department and fills in as needed to support operational needs.
