About The Position

CACI is seeking an E-Discovery Technical Analyst responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, securing, and upgrading litigation support software across client, server, and cloud environments. This role involves supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of platforms such as RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, and related tools in AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. The analyst will partner with contractor and government leadership to design solutions for complex litigation support requirements and contribute to major initiatives like data migrations from Relativity Server to RelOne and other modernization projects.

Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on experience performing the technical tasks outlined above.
  • Demonstrated mastery in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications and associated technologies.
  • Proven ability to work with complex enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, Unix, or other large-scale platforms depending on project needs).
  • Strong history of solving difficult, technically complex problems within relevant systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support high-complexity technical environments and interact with leadership-level stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, ideally in computer science, information management, or related technical disciplines.
  • Graduate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Litigation support experience.
  • Experience supervising or managing technical teams.
  • Expertise with RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, AWS, Azure, or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Stand up, configure, and maintain litigation support applications across cloud, server, and workstation environments.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and performance of all supported applications.
  • Provide expert technical consultation to contractor and government stakeholders.
  • Recommend solutions for applications development, maintenance, documentation, quality assurance, and user support (as approved by the COR).
  • Offer technical guidance, direction, and oversight to contractor support team members.
  • Evaluate programs and systems for efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and interoperability.
  • Assess hardware and software requirements and support both short- and long-term technical planning.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions using structured requirements techniques.
  • Develop and present feasible solution alternatives based on system needs.
  • Assist in large-scale data migration efforts, including Relativity Server to RelOne.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across supported tools and environments.
  • Support system integration, telecommunications requirements, and related operational needs.
