About The Position

Our E-Commerce Team in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full Time E-Commerce Warehouse Associate! The E-Commerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily handling of New Goods product.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience preferred
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help get the job done
• Collaborative approach, asking questions for clarification as needed
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an eCommerce Warehouse Associate.
• Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pulling all merchandise sold from previous day from shipping pick list
• Packing and Shipping books. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer.
• Packing and Shipping items sold on ShopGoodwill and Ebay. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer.
• Clean, straighten and organize listed-merchandise shelves.
