About The Position

Lutron is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to support our retail eCommerce business at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA. In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring product content on stakeholder websites is complete, accurate, up to date, compliant and effective. This role helps create a consistent digital experience that makes it easier for customers to find, understand, compare, and confidently purchase Lutron products. You will work closely with internal teams like Marketing, Channel, Sales, Product Information Management and Retail.com stakeholders to identify content gaps, support new product launches, improve digital merchandising, and use data and insights to prioritize actions that strengthen online performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferred areas of study are Marketing or Business
  • Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required; if you have 10+ years of professional work experience, GPA is not required
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience required
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy, completeness, and performance of Lutron product content across retail stakeholder websites and digital platforms.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on retail partner content requirements, systems, workflows, and syndication processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Product Information Management teams to develop, deliver, and optimize digital content that supports customer and business objectives.
  • Lead content readiness for new product launches, ensuring assets are complete, compliant, and published on time.
  • Collaborate with the retail .com Sales lead to align content priorities with account needs, jobs to be done, sales opportunities, and partner-specific requirements
  • Monitor content quality and performance, proactively identifying gaps, inaccuracies, and opportunities to improve online customer experience.
  • Use customer, partner, and business insights—including content scorecards, search, traffic, conversion, reviews, sales, and competitive analysis—to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
  • Drive initiatives that improve product discoverability, customer understanding, and purchase confidence through best-in-class digital content.
  • Communicate content priorities, project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and account objectives.
