About The Position

The Soar Group is seeking an E-commerce Senior Account Manager to join their Performance Creative | Account Leadership | Pod Management team. This role reports to the Account Director and is based in a remote-first location with one day per month required at the Hambi Media HQ in Oval, London. The position offers a compensation of £40,000 – £50,000, plus bonus, benefits, and 27 days of holiday. The Soar Group is a fast-growing performance agency group comprising Hambi Media (performance creative for Meta), For You Advertising (TikTok specialists), and Soar With Us (paid social and search). The group manages over £100M in ad spend, works with leading D2C brands, and has a large Creative Strategy department. The ideal candidate will be deeply embedded in the DTC/ecommerce world, understanding performance creative, paid social growth, e-commerce launch cycles, creative testing, scaling consumer brands, and founder operations. This role requires confidently leading high-growth DTC accounts and managing a pod of Account Managers.

  • Strong understanding of performance creative, UGC and launch cycles
  • Confidence running senior client conversations independently
  • Commercial awareness — retention, margin, and growth matter to you
  • Calm authority — clients and teams trust your judgment

Responsibilities

  • Own senior relationships across larger, higher-impact accounts
  • Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews and planning
  • Guide clients through launches, pivots and scale moments
  • Spot upsell, retention and growth opportunities
  • Line-manage Account Managers within your pod
  • Coach AMs on communication, organisation and client ownership
  • Raise delivery standards across accounts and workflows
  • Support hiring, onboarding and development of AMs
  • Oversee UGC and creative workflows across the pod
  • Ensure launches are planned, resourced and executed cleanly
  • Act as escalation point for delivery or client risk
  • Maintain consistency across processes and client experience
