Requirements

  • A passion for ecommerce and a knack for using technology to solve problems.
  • Automotive parts knowledge or experience—whether from work, study, or personal projects.
  • Comfort with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, image editing software).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you notice the small things that make a big difference.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and launch our new ecommerce platform, working closely with our marketing and operations teams.
  • Curate and maintain an accurate, visually appealing online parts catalog—complete with lifestyle merchandising that inspires customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end shipping process, from order receipt to delivery tracking, ensuring speed and accuracy.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and maintain healthy, competitive margins across our online store.
  • Upload and optimize product images, descriptions, and categories for maximum searchability and conversion.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the online shopping experience based on customer feedback and analytics.
