E-Commerce Order Resolution Coordinator
About The Position
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an E-Commerce Order Resolution Coordinator to join their World-Class Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper fulfillment of member and B2B orders by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to online and gift card orders. The coordinator will handle issues such as undelivered orders, inactive gift cards, lost packages, damaged deliveries, and incorrect items shipped. This position involves identifying the root cause of issues and providing feedback to various departments and external partners, as well as working with merchants on inventory and merchandise concerns.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to read and write English, follow and provide verbal instruction in English.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred, English fluency required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to e-mail inbox for Member Care concerns regarding 549 operation and orders.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order issues.
- Communicate with all areas of the company including Home Office, vendors, carriers, and drivers.
- Respond consistently to phone calls, emails, and fax transmissions.
- Recognize order issues and/or conflicts within the WMOS system.
- Provide prompt and professional feedback to Member Care, Home Office, and vendors.
- Remain professional in all internal and external communication.
- Assist in training all new team members in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Display good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Maintain all DC policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned, working in other departments as needed.
- Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
