Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, twisting, sitting, and walking throughout the shift.
Friendly and confident phone skills.
Highly detail-oriented, especially with numbers and records.
Proficient in using Excel.
Comfortable navigating multiple online platforms.
Motivated self-starter capable of managing tasks independently.

Nice To Haves

6 months to 1 year of customer service, retail, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Select, pull, and locate customer online orders across all platforms (OPG, eBay, Subaru of the Rockies, and Amazon).
Verify part matches with provided VINs and contact customers if discrepancies arise.
Scan and verify all parts for OPG orders.
Package and ship merchandise following proper standards to ensure safe transit.
Provide customers with accurate tracking information on their respective platforms.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
Monitor and respond to customer notes and emails in a timely and helpful manner.
Ensure correct parts are shipped to the correct addresses.
Contribute to a positive online shopping experience to encourage repeat business.
Record e-commerce transaction amounts in Excel, matching each entry to its invoice number.
Reconcile e-commerce transactions against bank deposits.
Process bank transfers related to online sales.
Maintain a clean workspace, including sweeping, wiping down bins, and tidying the parts department.
