About The Position

Fulpac Premium Packaging is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important as technical skills. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders across all platforms and locations
  • Monitor order status in ERP and e-commerce systems to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage customer returns both physically in the warehouse and within systems; file Safe-T claims and apply restocking fees in accordance with return policies
  • Maintain accurate records of returned items and submit monthly reports to headquarters
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms and resolve issues efficiently, including filing carrier claims (e.g., FedEx) when necessary
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts to ensure alignment between physical and system inventory; report discrepancies to HQ
  • Assist with order picking when needed or when warehouse staff are unavailable
  • Coordinate bulk order shipping process with customers
  • Work with ERP teams to resolve operational or system-related issues
  • Process FBM inbound shipments systematically, with physical receiving performed as needed
  • Print and organize FBA labels by corresponding PO# and pick list; verify shipments after picking is completed, coordinate with HQ on any discrepancies or required changes, and complete inbound and outbound processes in the FBA ERP system with proper confirmation and communication to HQ
  • Prepare and submit required reports to headquarters in a timely manner
  • Support the e-commerce team with sample shipments and other related tasks
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs
