About The Position

This role focuses on driving E-Commerce growth by transforming data insights into actionable strategies. The analyst will be responsible for recurring reporting across various E-Commerce metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. They will support omnichannel and eRetail growth by monitoring business health, improving digital shelf presence, and assisting with promotions, media, and new product launches. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to developing and executing action plans and measuring performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, digital retail, omnichannel sales, retail media, marketplace management, category management, or commercial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring E-Commerce reporting across sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, content, promotions, media, and digital shelf health.
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities by brand, retailer, SKU, and category.
  • Translate reporting into clear insights, recommended actions, and next steps; track and report impact.
  • Monitor business health across priority digital retailers and marketplaces.
  • Identify and help action opportunities to improve discoverability, conversion, item performance, content quality, ratings and reviews, and digital shelf execution.
  • Surface and help resolve executional issues such as availability, pricing, catalog setup, content gaps, delayed delivery windows, and other barriers to growth.
  • Track competitive activity, pricing changes, assortment, promotions, and category trends.
  • Monitor PDP health across priority retailers, including titles, bullets, imagery, enhanced content, ratings, reviews, badges, variations, and content consistency.
  • Identify content optimization opportunities and help move updates to execution.
  • Support PDP optimization strategies that improve discoverability across marketplace search, retailer search, and emerging LLM-enabled shopping experiences.
  • Assist with promotional planning, tent-pole event recaps and test-and-learn recommendations.
  • Evaluate promotional and media effectiveness across sales lift, conversion impact, item selection, and post-event learnings.
  • Support new product launch readiness across e-retailer setup, content, launch, reviews, and timelines.
  • Track post-launch performance and identify actions to improve speed-to-market, discoverability, conversion, and sell-through.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop action plans, track execution, & measure performance.
  • Work closely with brand marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, agencies, and external partners to support digital commerce execution.
  • Maintain action trackers, issue logs, launch trackers, promotional calendars, reporting tools, and performance scorecards.
  • Support leadership materials, business reviews, recap decks, and strategic analyses.
