About The Position

The E-Commerce Inventory Specialist assigns products to relevant inventory locations, meets department production goals for assigning inventory locations and picking items, and follows quality standards to place items accurately. The role also maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment and performs other duties as assigned. Work is performed primarily in a warehouse with frequent team member contact and interruptions.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with computers or willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a set schedule, including limited holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and walking; lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling moderate to heavy weights; reaching; frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching; detailed hand and finger tasks; and verbal communication.
