About The Position

Goodwill NCW is a nonprofit organization with 28 retail stores across north-central Wisconsin. Its mission is to elevate people by eliminating barriers to employment and transform lives through skill building for sustained employment and improved financial stability.

The E-Commerce Inventory Specialist assigns products to relevant inventory locations and picks items while meeting department production goals. The role requires accurate placement of items according to established quality standards and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse, with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, handling items of varying weights, reaching, frequent bending and similar movements, detailed hand tasks, and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with computers, or willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a set schedule that includes limited holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, up to 8 hours.
• Ability to independently twist, lift, carry, push, or pull weights of 10 to 25 pounds; objects over 25 pounds require a team lift.
• Ability to reach approximately 54 inches; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
• Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in E-Commerce or online order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assign each product to the relevant inventory location.
