About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on E-commerce & Growth Marketing Manager to own and grow the end-to-end digital customer journey for our new skincare brand. This is not a traditional brand marketing or social-media-only position. This role will own the full DTC growth ecosystem: Paid Media → Website → Conversion → Purchase → Retention → Repeat Purchase → LTV.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or DTC
Strong Shopify / DTC e-commerce experience
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, Conversion, Retention, and LTV
Experience with GA4 and digital marketing analytics
Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, preferably Klaviyo
Experience with CRO and A/B testing
Understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, and UTMs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with creative teams, agencies, developers, and external partners

Nice To Haves

Skincare industry experience strongly preferred; relevant beauty industry experience will also be considered
Hands-on experience growing a skincare or beauty brand through DTC/e-commerce
Understanding of skincare consumer behavior, product positioning, and repeat-purchase dynamics
Experience with Triple Whale or similar attribution platforms
Experience with TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop
Affiliate and influencer/creator marketing experience
Customer segmentation and personalization experience
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools
Experience with high-growth or early-stage consumer brands
Bilingual Korean/English preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, retargeting, and creative testing
Identify underperforming campaigns and continuously test new growth opportunities
Partner with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and content creators to develop and test advertising content
Manage and optimize the DTC Shopify customer journey
Analyze customer behavior across: Ad Click → Website → Product Page → Reviews → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase
Identify customer drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversion
Optimize landing pages, product pages, navigation, offers, and checkout flow
Develop and manage A/B testing and CRO initiatives
Work with developers and internal teams to implement website improvements
Track and analyze key DTC metrics, including CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, retention, LTV, and contribution margin
Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, attribution tools, pixels, and UTMs to understand customer behavior
Analyze acquisition channels, campaigns, products, creators, and customer cohorts
Identify which channels and customer segments generate the highest long-term value
Develop dashboards and management reports that translate data into actionable business recommendations
Manage customer lifecycle marketing through Email, SMS, Retargeting, and CRM
Develop and optimize: Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Replenishment, Cross-Sell / Upsell, Win-Back campaigns
Develop customer segmentation and personalized marketing journeys
Increase repeat purchase rate, purchase frequency, AOV, retention, and LTV
Manage Klaviyo or similar CRM/lifecycle marketing platforms
Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and affiliate partners
Track performance beyond engagement and initial sales
Analyze CAC, sales, repeat purchase, and LTV by creator and affiliate
Identify high-performing partnerships and allocate resources accordingly
Integrate creator and affiliate performance into overall attribution and analytics
Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency
Explore automated campaign optimization, segmentation, personalization, reporting, and creative testing
Use customer data to identify predictive marketing opportunities, including churn risk, reorder timing, product recommendations, and LTV
Automate repetitive marketing and analytical processes where appropriate
