About The Position

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Platform Manager to lead and optimize our Shopify based B2B e-commerce platform and Amazon marketplace operations. This role combines platform ownership, commercial management, and cross functional leadership, with a strong focus on the ongoing implementation and business ownership of the Shopify platform, alongside the continued management and growth of the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate brings hands on experience with both Shopify and Amazon platforms, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to drive digital sales growth and operational excellence. In the initial phase, the role will report directly to the CEO and later transition into the relevant business function.

Requirements

  • Proven hands on experience managing Shopify and Amazon e-commerce platforms, with a strong preference for Shopify Plus experience
  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, including Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong commercial understanding of e-commerce performance, conversion, and digital sales growth across Shopify and Amazon platforms
  • Experience managing product catalogs, content, merchandising, and day to day operations across Shopify and Amazon
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and related platform integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business improvements
  • High proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and digital commerce management tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing ownership of the company’s Shopify and Amazon based B2B e-commerce platform, including integrations with ERP, CRM, and other core business systems
  • Manage the day to day operations and commercial performance of both the Shopify platform and Amazon marketplace accounts, including Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Own product catalog management, content optimization, merchandising, product visibility, and overall customer experience across both platforms
  • Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and marketplace activities to support sales growth and brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyze key business and platform KPIs, including sales, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, customer engagement, and operational performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and IT teams to align platform activities with business goals and ensure successful organizational adoption
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, pricing reviews, and market research to support commercial decision making
  • Use AI tools and data driven insights to improve efficiency, automation, and overall platform performance
