About The Position

Under the general direction of the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of online B2B and DTC storefronts. This generalist role ensures site accuracy, brand consistency and optimized conversion through the management of product data, content updates, SEO basics and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in an E-Commerce, digital marketing or marketing operations role
  • 2 years’ experience administering at least one major E-Commerce platform (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce or similar)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing digital catalogs or marketing data
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals (schema, redirects and meta data) is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively present and share technical information, such as technical tickets for web developers, while responding to vendors, managers and other employees.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing complex product attributes and data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify and correct site errors, broken links and data discrepancies.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of animal health, veterinary or agriculture industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Add, update and maintain products across Magento and Shopify platforms, including SKUs, attributes, pricing tiers, MOQs, MAP and technical descriptions.
  • Manage brand and category structures across 250+ brands and 190+ categories based on organizational direction to create a seamless customer browsing experience.
  • QA product data following ERP syncs to identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, inventory or specifications.
  • Build and update CMS pages, promotional banners and landing pages while executing merchandising plays including cross-sells, up-sells and search synonyms.
  • Maintain meta titles, descriptions and internal links while monitoring Search Console for crawl errors or indexing issues.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analyst on performance reports including revenue, traffic, conversion rates and AOV to identify growth opportunities or site anomalies.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams, vendors and developers to collect product assets and implement technical site fixes.
