About The Position

Lifetime Brands is seeking a highly motivated e-Commerce Category Manager to formalize and execute a division specific digital strategy to improve ecommerce growth by managing product content, digital assets and online portfolios across omni-channel retailers. This role will require cross functional interactions with multiple divisions and departments throughout the company.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in digital category management or related area
  • Experience and strong understanding of the online retail industry
  • Experience with SAP and/or PDS
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work on and align eCommerce strategies in collaboration with the division, sales, marketing, planning, merchandising, and technology teams.
  • Investigate and execute digital product strategies across eCommerce channels to enhance product discoverability, improve SEO and drive sales.
  • Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns to gauge success and/or to identify areas for improvement.
  • Upload, edit, and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to maintain accurate and up-to-date product pages.
  • Consistently review product assortments, ensure timely set up for newness and add updated information as available to existing items
  • Monitor product availability, discontinuations, and stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
  • Strive for SKU efficiency, improved margins and increased market share
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and social media strategies aimed at driving sales and building brands.
  • Engage with influencers and content creators.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for division leadership.
  • Analyze top competitive products to identify opportunities to gain market share.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement by analyzing product ratings and reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and suggest creative, innovative and efficient solutions to achieve eCommerce objectives.
