About The Position

At Williams, we’re powering a cleaner, more connected future. As a Senior E&C Project Manager, you’ll lead moderate-to-large-scale initiatives where technical complexity meets strategic impact. Your expertise in PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will be the foundation for delivering solutions that optimize performance and profitability across the entire lifecycle. This role leads end-to-end delivery of capital projects (e.g., compressor stations, facility expansions, plant optimizations), ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution aligned to business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten (10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management
  • PMP or PE

Responsibilities

  • Own full project lifecycle (FEL → startup/closeout)
  • Deliver on scope, cost, schedule, and safety
  • Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Operations, Construction, contractors)
  • Define scope, build plans, manage budget/schedule, drive decisions
  • Deliver greenfield builds, expansions, and optimization initiatives
  • Oversee bidding, performance, and field execution
  • Track performance, manage risks/changes, enforce discipline
  • Serve as primary interface and ensure clarity across teams
  • Leads teams to execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time for moderate-to-large projects
  • Sets up core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficiently
  • Coordinates technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigor
  • Develops and implements detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparency
  • Presents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce risk
  • Prepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance
  • Understands and applies economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term value
  • Anticipates challenges, gathers critical data, evaluates opportunities, and makes decisions that deliver meaningful business impact
  • Designs optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycle
  • Other duties as assigned
