E&C Internal Investigations - Senior Manager
About The Position
As a Senior Manager in PwC’s Internal Firm Services practice, you will lead internal investigations focused on ethics and business conduct matters. You will guide complex case work, apply judgment in uncertain situations, coach teams through fact finding, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while maintaining a calm, composed approach. The role uses knowledge of risk and compliance, independence, and conduct matters to help develop policies and procedures that support legal and regulatory requirements. You will help build effective teams, bring structure to complex investigations, and provide practical guidance aligned with the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements. Travel requirements are up to 20%.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead internal investigations related to ethics and business conduct matters across the firm.
- Develop investigative plans, interview strategies, and case documentation for complex issue management.
- Analyze facts, policies, and regulatory requirements to identify potential conduct concerns and control gaps.
- Advise business leaders on case findings, risk themes, and actions to address policy violations.
- Coordinate sensitive fact gathering across multiple functions while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Translate investigation outcomes into clear recommendations for policy updates, training, and process improvements.
- Monitor trends in ethics reporting, substantiation patterns, and recurring control weaknesses to inform preventive actions.
- Coach team members through complex investigations and promote consistent application of standards and procedures.
