Requirements

5-10 years’ experience with Dynatrace and Splunk in enterprise environments.
Proven track record in application performance monitoring and log analytics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience configuring dashboards and creating custom reports.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments.
Familiarity with scripting for automation.
Understanding of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain Dynatrace and Splunk solutions for enterprise applications.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Analyze log data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights for IT and business teams.
Develop and customize dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for monitoring and observability.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis processes.
