We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to join the Global Digital & CyberSecurity team. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of Power Platform
  • Hands-on with Azure services
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies.
  • Experience with complex integrations using APIs and data migration.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on with Azure services and cloud computing.
  • Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer associate and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant associate

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Architect and implement integrations with other systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning and management.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
