About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience to lead customer engagement and CRM transformation projects. This individual will oversee project planning, execution, budget management, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and successful delivery from initiation through go-live.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM solutions
  • Strong budget, schedule, and resource management skills
  • Experience leading complex stakeholder environments

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Utility, energy, public sector, or regulated industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partners
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
  • Facilitate stakeholder and executive communications
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives
  • Oversee testing, deployment, and cutover activities
  • Drive organizational change management and user adoption
  • Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners
  • Create project status reports and executive presentations
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and operational readiness activities are completed successfully
