About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Experience with Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design
Understanding of Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies
Experience with low-code and custom development on Dynamics 365
Experience with Dataverse design and development
Experience working with Azure technologies
Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript
Experience with DevOps, task boards, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service features including workspace configuration, routing, and session templates
Experience with Web API development, ASP.NET / .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL
Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Pages) and custom PCF controls
Experience with server-side templating tools such as Liquid

Nice To Haves

Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are considered an asset
Experience building internet-ready applications
Knowledge of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies
Understanding of Information Management principles and practices
Experience with middleware and gateways
Experience reviewing and modifying installation scripts
Knowledge of accessibility standards and regulations (AODA)
Ability to provide post-implementation support and documentation
Experience with Oracle E-Business applications and customizations
Knowledge of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory
Proficiency in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, and Unix shell scripting
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator, OBIEE, and ETL/data warehousing
Strong SQL tuning and partitioning knowledge
Exposure to Java and Oracle ADF is an asset

Responsibilities

Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications
Develop detailed programming specifications and write/generate code
Compile data-driven programs, maintain systems, and perform unit testing
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in software systems
Provide technical support during implementation, conversions, and migrations
Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
Apply structured methodologies for development, design, implementation, and maintenance
Conduct design walkthrough sessions and support post-implementation activities
Document user and system processes and provide ongoing support
