About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect / Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Customer Insights to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise CRM solutions. This role requires a combination of solution architecture and hands-on development experience to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, lead architecture decisions, actively contribute to development, and drive successful implementation of Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights solutions while supporting integrations, security, environment strategy, and platform governance across related Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Customer Insights.
  • Experience in solution architecture and hands-on development.
  • Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs.
  • Experience with Dataverse, C#, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience defining and maintaining CRM architecture (data model, forms, views, business rules, automation, integrations, security framework).
  • Experience leading and supporting integrations across Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, and external vendor systems.
  • Experience with environment setup, solution migration, deployment pipelines, and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience overseeing user access, license administration, security roles, profiles, permissions, and onboarding/deactivation processes.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining security architecture, governance standards, and environment controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex CRM, integration, and performance issues.
  • Technical leadership, development guidance, and best practices to project teams.

  • Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power Platform, Power Platform Development, Solution Architecture, and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse solutions to support business objectives and improve customer engagement.
  • Coordinate implementation, configuration, and integration of Customer Insights / Customer Insights Journeys with Dynamics 365 processes and business workflows.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Act as both a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect and hands-on Developer, leading architecture decisions while actively building customizations, integrations, and technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and support solutions using Dataverse, C#, plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Define and maintain the overall CRM architecture, including data model, forms, views, business rules, automation, integrations, and security framework.
