About The Position

Loyola Medicine is seeking a Dynamic Scheduler to schedule patient appointments in conjunction with orders, urgency of care and patient convenience, involving multiple sites when appropriate. This role requires monitoring physicians' schedules daily for optimal physician schedule and utilizing insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct payment. The position involves proficiency in clinical, registration, and scheduling software systems, with the ability to learn new systems as required. The Dynamic Scheduler will also efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls to the service area, answering calls using telephone customer service skills and maintaining a 95% customer telephone skills rating.

Requirements

Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Rep, highly preferred
