About The Position

The Dynamic PC Support position performs tasks related to repairing a variety of client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting of desktops and laptops. The role may also support desk-side applications and infrastructure. It interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by Management.
Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
Ability to communicate with clients about technical issues.
Ability to drive to client locations and long distances, with occasional overnight assignments in other geographies.
Ability to lift or move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for designated equipment.
Answer client questions in a professional manner.
Accept and deliver assigned service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
Meet customer service satisfaction criteria outlined in established guidelines and policies.
Complete administrative tasks associated with each call according to established policies and guidelines.
Complete real-time reporting of calls according to established policies and guidelines.
Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents for successful service delivery to each client.
Control assets and inventory, including prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements.
Report all activity accurately and promptly.
Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines in daily work.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
