About The Position
Homestead Veterinary Hospital is seeking 1st through 4th year veterinary students for a paid externship. This is an opportunity for veterinary students to enhance their education through real-world experiences in a practice that is internationally recognized for its work in equine medicine and laminitis research. The hospital offers a wide range of advanced services for both large and small animals, including surgical laser, K-Laser therapy, gastroscopy, ultrasound, mobile digital X-ray, and in-house diagnostics. The practice is located outside of Washington, Missouri, offering a relaxed pace of life with convenient access to St. Louis.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player, and Strong Communicator.
