About The Position

Little Creatures Taproom is seeking a Permanent, Part Time Duty Manager to join their team in Hobsonville. This role involves managing the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set-up and close-down, adherence to operating procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Duty Manager will lead shifts, ensure customers receive an exceptional brand experience, and contribute to elevating the cocktail menu.

Requirements

• Cocktail, Wine and Spirits Knowledge
• Must have a GM Certificate
• Knowledge of all hospitality operations
• Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team
• The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Friday and Saturday availability
