About The Position
Aeromexico is seeking a Duty Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for customers. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, Customer service-oriented individual who understands how to oversee flight operations at the local station, leading both above-wing and below-wing teams to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- 3 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with Ground Operations processes in airlines
- Strong prioritization skills
- Proven experience as a team leader
