About The Position
The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated DME Fitter for a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with shift hours of 10:30 AM–7:30 PM. The DME Fitter performs in-clinic and hospital fittings of various orthopedic devices, including pre- and post-surgical fittings. The role requires effective communication with patients, TOC physicians, and staff. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of full-time clinical experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and writing skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Independence and high motivation.
- Initiative and self-discipline.
- A positive teamwork attitude demonstrated in work history.
Responsibilities
