About The Position

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Duck Creek Developer for a contract opportunity with long-term potential. The role is remote within the U.S. and focuses on Duck Creek Policy Administration and servicing application development for a client in the insurance industry. The position involves analyzing requirements, specifying and developing software, testing and auditing results, supporting production applications, maintaining documentation, and advising on programming best practices. The stated pay range is $65–$68 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, depending on work location.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Duck Creek application development experience in Policy Administration or servicing; DC Claims or Billing experience is not a substitute.
Experience in content development and manuscripts.
Experience with software design patterns.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners.
Experience with manuscript development, configuring coverages and rating, designing and implementing rules and workflows, API integrations, and Flagr.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, front-end scripting languages, and SQL.
Experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance business.
Familiarity with Lean, Agile development, and Git.
