Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, or LICSW AND LBA)
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
- Collaborative mindset
- Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy to kids and teens
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed)
- Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
